Professional Representation

I have been working with Realtors a long time.  I started in 1981.  I have been working with computers a long time  (TS in the ’80′s and IBM PC based in the early nineties).

I have been using the Internet before it was named the Internet, so I guess I am entitled to an opinion about the above topics.

A Real Estate Professional understands that as a professional we market to the public and to each other.  We do this because it is the professional thing to do.

Some realtors operate under the mistaken idea the if they receive a marketing letter (e-mail) from another realtor they have received SPAM.  This is not the case.  All the marketing emails I receive are clearly from another Realtor, about a possible earning’s opportunity I may have missed, or is a different area of Real Estate practice that I don’t visit regularly.  Even if I don’t know of someone that may be interested in the offer at the moment I receive the note.

Spam on the other hand is offering about something NOT related to our business.

A professional knows the difference.  Are you a pro or a  ….Dunce

Be a pro!!!!
