There are some sectors that are good and growing… Owning rental property is on example….
There are some areas that are distressed. First time owners are in this category. If you need down payment assistance most if not all of the programs have dried up. ( Mike Adams knows how to work alternate methods if the traditional sources dry up!)
As this post is being written banks are afraid to lend money to each other… That is not a good sign for the consumer… The governments are taking action in this area, but what do you do in the mean time???
My suggestion is that we look back in time a bit and see what has worked in the past when it was difficult. Mike Adams, as your Realtor, has worked in the tough markets, and knows how to get the job done, no matter if you are selling or buying.
