All agents have had this problem at one time or another. They have listed a property that is worth more than the asking price, but the asking price is out side the financial reach of local buyers.

You the know the ones like that Commercial Property where the owner is retiring and the sale is his retirement or that Great Dream Home on the lake and the owner has been transferred 2000 miles away. In both cases these are properties could be considered bargains… motivated sellers…. need to liquidate assets, but they just are not being looked at by qualified buyers.

You know that you could get it sold if you only had better connections… It’s in the MLS, on line and everywhere you can think of… still no qualified buyers. Your failing…..You need to do something more, your clients are counting on you, and your company to get this done!

Here is an idea. Increase your buyer’s commission, if it is less than half. That will help get interest up. Increase your Referral fee to 30% buyer’s side. Now you are set to begin your search for a qualified buyer on a NATIONAL basis.


Get the Real Estate Agents database,
a complete listing of every real estate agents in the US. Fax and email agents and offices with your listing information, your great referral fee and ask for help finding a buyer for this “hard to sell” property.

Someone knows your buyer right now and is telling them “There is nothing like that on the Market, but I will keep an eye out for something like that” because they have not heard from you. When Agents band together there is no larger sales organization. Now you know how to tap into that huge resource.

Remember, no one wants spam, so do not send more than one request per listed record. There are over a million real estate agents that could help….if they knew.
